See, if Noise wasn't already annoyance personified, one would've immediately come to the conclusion that the boy's rambling and persistence had gotten on his nerves by now. Maybe he'd be somewhat proud of him if he didn't get radiation poisoning* but. Hmm. You're kind of. Not giving him the window to talk, here. Hold on...

Boy. He's a funny cartoon. He knows his failed 90's mascots with attitude because he's hardly different from any of them.

Eyes squint at the mention of the woman being busy... Right. He's not up to date with any ongoing situation. Or anything outside his circle, really... Uh. When was the last time he's been to Empty Zone again..?

He lets out a prolonged 'OHHHH' in an obnoxiously loud manner to hide the fact that he was caught slightly off-guard by that question as he continues setting those blueprints aside with inappropriate cartoon SFX. Lots of sketched out machinery and... Wh. What's up with that massive figure towering everything else..?

He's notably sliding those Italian-tormenting blueprints out of the boy's view while making sure he didn't summon Bald Bastard™ on his way here. He knows you're first-class Peppino bait, Omino, but catching an overprotective chump in his web isn't on his schedule yet.
