it's more than fine to be really fond of the block button. you don't need a grand reason, you can curate your internet experience however you want. blocking people, blocking tags, blocking post content, do whatever you want. blocking is not inherently a heavy action, it's okay to do it for whatever, even if it feels silly to you.
