I thought all of this was crap. My whole life I’ve had social anxiety and I didn’t talk to anyone. The friends I did talk to, only knew the surface of me.

I’ve never harmed myself because I get very queasy with blood (etc) and I’ve always been scared of alcohol and I’ve always hated drugs.

Think it was easy? Absolutely not. But you know what happens when you keep all of this in and DON’T talk to anyone? You get physically sick.

This past year has been the worst because my family found out I had anxiety and depression because I got physically sick.

I was very resistant at first, but now I see a therapist. I wasn’t really comfortable with talking face to face, so I’m taking art therapy with the best therapist I could ask for.

I still struggle, but I’m so much more happier now that I’ve finally told someone.

There’s nothing wrong with you for having issues. Everyone has them. Some are just more extreme than others.

It’s okay to talk about it. It helps a lot, actually.

And if no one in your life wants to help you, I hope you all know you guys can ALWAYS talk to me. Always, always, always.
