Chat my friend basically confirmed her ED last night agh why

My friend very obviously also has an ED and it’s triggering me so bad

Oh Man I just know once I weigh myself I’m gonna be so upset

My family has this super accurate scale in their house the expensive kind with the extendable bar to check body fat percentage also and that thing said i weigh 3 lbs less than the one I used at home now I’m not sure which weight to go by? Thoughts? Opinions?

Reached my first GW ahead of schedule if I keep it up like this I know I’ll reach the next one by next month

I’m actually going to be sick. I ate roughly 2400 calories today and I can’t purge it or run it off because my friend is with me

Haven’t been active because I’m genuinely heartbroken I’ve relapsed this hard. I was recovered for 8 years.

I’d love to disappear for a bit socially so that the next time my friends see me it’ll be after I’ve lost a bunch of weight
