Have you ever heard the phrase loyal to a fault? It means that I keep loving you, every time you drop me and walk away I make excuses for you, I don’t let go because of something we might have had, once, I stand up for you when you can’t, I stand up for the people you care about when you can’t. I protect you and I protect the girl you dropped me for. Over and over and over again. Loyal to a fault, the fault is that I don’t protect myself. I wish I knew why.

I didn’t think it could hurt so much to stop caring that someone is ignoring you

I never used to write about blue eyes, they were cliche, basic, but then, then I fell in love with someone with blue eyes and now everyone has blue eyes.

We’re at different stages of life. People change as they get older. Wait until you’ve had time to grow to get married or it’ll never last. That’s all bull. Love isn’t some stupid feeling, feelings fade. Love a choice, and every, single, freaking, day, I’m gonna choose you. That’s what love is. My age your age, it doesn’t matter it’s what we choose that matters. Maybe you don’t choose the same as me, and thats ok, but if the reason is because of those unimportant things? Than I think your the one who isn’t mature enough for this, not me.

There’s a door between us, there’s nowhere for a key to go, not on my side at least, but it couldn’t be a heavy solid oak door, it’s one with a window on the front, one where I can see everything we could be, one where we can both watch with tears in our eyes because neither of us can figure out how to open the door

Appreciate them, appreciate the good times and the stolen glances, those lovely little things that made your day, appreciate what you guys have, whether it works out or not, because this is what makes life

There will come a time when you love somebody, with every fiber in your being, and they’ll tell you you can’t be together, not because they don’t want you, but because something stands in your way, something that seems so small and ridiculous to you, but to the person you love? It’s an impenetrable wall, an unconquerable object.
