So I recently finished reading "The Approaching Storm" by Alan Dean Foster (who wrote Splinter of the Mind's Eye and began the canonical expanded chronicles of the Star Wars mythology). And it is a very nice novel, really character driven so a lot of great interaction and the stakes are high at times (even if you know all four Jedi have to make it to be there for the events surrounding the Assassination Attempt on Senator Amidala... for Attack of the Clones). This novel has made Barriss Offee one of my favorite characters now... her quiet-kid nature contrast with times she makes herself heard when questioning matters; along with how she is very introspective and observant, sensitive to other's pains and also has an artistic side to her as well. It's also cool seeing her and Anakin bond as friends in this, as they are around the same age as Padawans though with different backgrounds and experiences. If you have not read it, it is a recommended read (you can easily pick it up at Barnes & Nobel in the Tales of Kenobi volume that also includes the Kenobi novel set between Order 66 and the Battle of Yavin IV).
Star Wars - George Lucas & Company.
"God's Word is TRUTH, Decepto! The Bible tells me in James Chapter 4, verse 7, that if you resist the Devil he will run from you, and God's Word never comes back void... you can't win Decepto!"
I'll be honest, "Big Big Book", the very first episode ever of Bibleman (during "The Bibleman Show" era of 1995/1996 and 1998's "Defeating the Shadow of Doubt" as well as a transition between it and "The Bibleman Adventure"), kind of... well... works better in the veins of Psalty or The Donut Man... the flashback scene where Bibleman (Miles Peterson unbeknowst to the kids) is defeated and thrown into Dr. Decepto's dungeon.. that scene is the best part, let alone... the whole sequence and tone should have been the whole episode. The atmosphere, the more darker nature, the music and unsettling campiness attempting to be dramatic... and the whole backstory behind the backstory, why did these events happen? I really wish that were the case instead of a bunch of random happy-songs... especially with how low-budget it is, it gives this nostalgic vibe of a dark adventure show from an era where having low production values was okay... and era lost forever now.
Bibleman belongs to like.. B&H Kids now? I lost track.. but, thank you Willie Aames and everyone for bringing it to life.
Thank you, X-Men Saga... for everything.
For being stylistically cool, deep and beautiful
For showing the differences between those who want to do good for everyone verses those who seek power over others (rather they be human OR mutant)
For having a great cast of characters.
For the lessons taught
For being different.... even with falling into traps of riding on some tropes, you were sill different
And despite ups, downs and repeating and missed opportunities.. thank you for lasting as long as you have,, even passed your "ending".
Thank you for the legacy you have left and for still being appreciated to this day. You're always hold a special place in my heart and be one of my favorite versions of the X-Men's world.

The three generations

Star Wars - George Lucas
"People don't actually realize it's actually a soap opera and it's all about family problems – it's not about spaceships" -George Lucas
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away..... generations of the family Skywalker, Solo included, had adventures, trials and victories throughout the Old and the New Republics.
Happy May the 4th, everyone.
Wow, I been living under a rock (particularly a big mountain, inside the pirate cave under it). I had no idea Lego Island was being salvaged by MODers and preserved in order to be playable again in the current age. Free to play https://isle.pizza/ and yes, it was soooooooooo good to play it again for the first time in a decade (I played it again back in 2014 on our big computer... the computer hasn't been on in years). It feels so great to visit one of my favorite places again....
Thank you, MattKC and crew for doing this. It means a lot... and thank you as well, Wes Jenkins and the Lego Island team for creating it in the first place.

Fun fact:
"GF" stands for "Big Brother" in my language. Make of that what you will.
...
No, I’m not kidding.
Which means Geo-Force is out there labeled "BIG BROTHER" at all times.
Now let’s overanalyze this and turn it into a full-blown case of brainrot, shall we?
I stand by this headcanon
Happy Earth Day, everybody.
Here are the Markov Siblings (Terra of the Teen Titans and Geo-Force of The Outsiders) soaring through the sky... maybe the skies of Markovia or anywhere.
Jayko, now King of Morcia, goes on another advnenture- joined by Danju and Rascus (I couldn't find the Santis figure). They come across a creature that is pure nightmare... a man.. if it could be called one... that is a walking horror show... as his ax-head is ready to attack.
Final phase of being obsessed with a couple ship. You love them, even in their most...Obscure adaptations??? This is just my WIP. I was pretty much on a 90s media indulgence at the moment, crossed over with my Nintendo phase ha. Apparently found out there was this really cute lil Manga Oneshot made to promote the Super Mario Bros movie in 1993, so based this off from that!
"You're name is Daisy? Like the flower.. but, not that I hang around the flower shops"
I like how awkward and dorky- but also deep and sincere Luigi is in this scene as he is trying to talk to Daisy (and Mario just.. being Mario.. to it)

A Quiet Moment By The Window
_
Days ago I suddenly had the idea and urge to draw this scene of Luigi Mario, sitting in his mansion during rainy weather, reading a Jane Austin novel
(it was Pride & Prejudice then I thought.. maybe something else.. then with suggestion from a friend.. I went back with the original idea).
Luigi belongs to Nintendo, this is fan art that I am not making fiance.
