Here is an unhinged doodle that summarizes how I feel every time I see your stuff. For real, the way you do linework, with that scratchy and expressive but detailed style, and your backgrounds both blow me away. Your Perceptor/Brainstorm and the Blurr picture from last year are top transformers pics of all time for me <3 <3 <3
THIS MADE ME SO HAPPY I COULD CRYYYY thank you so so much I ADORE YOUR ART ASWELL!! Loving the comic you're working on i always tune in for the new pages 🫡
Im putting this doodle in a heart shaped locket and opening it whenever I need motivation to draw, ty again this means sm❤️🩹
As a thank you - simpatico doodle for you :D
plus this old sketch of them i never shared
"..and then he said, 'you can't seriously think that interstellar harnessing can be made possible. There are already so many contradictions in the physics alone, not to mention the logistics. The tremendous amount of resources needed to store the energy of a single star, the research hasn't even reached its final stage! It would take millennia to design and execute such machine!" Brainstorm parroted, voice raised mockingly. Scoffing, a selfsatisfied smirk spread over his features, kicking up his pedes on the edge of a table. "I did it in way less time. Alone. On my own, and honestly, it wasn't even that hard."
"Considering that you did not hold yourself to the same moral compass as an ordinary scientist, and with virtually limitless means to further your studies on the subject, unorthodox as it may to plunge a whole solarsystem into darkness, the final paper you've written is nonetheless remarkable." Perceptor hummed as he read over a specific section of the datapad in his hand. "That you circumvented the issue of storing energy of this scale with a subspace pocket that could be expanded indefinitely is as volatile and dangerous as it is brilliant."
"I knew you were going to say that and- wait, really? You think so?" Brainstorm felt the nod against his backplating, smirk falling away for a more giddy smile.
"Then you'll surely like the other ideas I have about using subspace in my inventions, because I was far from done. I mean, you've seen the briefcases stored in my lab, I am somewhat of a master of challenging the known relative physics." Launching into a full on monologue, Brainstorm animately explained how time behaved differently in subspace, how technically it was possible to build a 'subspace-bomb' which would detonate after it exited the subspace, even as it was triggered long before it ever entered the pocket dimension, wings twitching in excitement.
Tapping the butt of his stylus against his cheek, Perceptor mused that of course the jet had been thinking of weaponizing something as subspace. "I admire your ambition, yet wouldn't a 'subspace bomb' imply martyrdom if your point was to shorten the detonation time?"
"Obviously. But think of the element of surprise you would have! With the power of a sun and a one bot army you could gain a tremendous advantage."
"The mind of yours is as incorrigible as it is effective."
"I take that as a compliment."
"It is. In a way."
"I'll take it." Brainstorm snickered, leaning more fully into Perceptor's side. The other didn't budge, merely shifting into a more comfortable position to accommodate the new circumstance. "So? Any theories? I know you have your own, few as they are."
"You underestimate the extend of them, once I get into the finer detail."
"What are we waiting for then?"
THERE'S NO WAY YOU WROTE A WHOLE SCENE FOR THE SKETCH OF THEM RELAXING IM GONNA EXPLODE FROM HAPPINESS AAAGHHHGH
i remembered I had ANOTHER simpatico sketch i haven't shared here, as a thank you I'm posing it here :) ♡
