First of course Brainstorm has to pick out the perfect rifle for him and explain all the specs and let him try it out on the firing range. Then Perceptor sets it to fire stun blasts and the game is on.

Brainstorm finds himself genuinely afraid as Perceptor has excellent marksmanship but is also terrifying in the way he plays with him, drawing out the killing shot as long as possible. He deliberately misses to drive Brainstorm even more wild with fear and anticipation. By the time he actually hits him, he's exhausted.
