With all of those LEGO racecars that I built as seen in those last three post I made for this blog, I then got the idea to build a small spaceship/hovercar that could also be used for racing.

I came up with this idea as the video game LEGO Racers 2 has you build a spaceship for the Mars world. This spaceship also could be something you would find in the F-Zero franchise, which of course has racing hovercars.

I also included some images that shows a better view of the console inside the spaceship, as well as some images that show how the hatch in the back works.

These last two images shows a better view of my minifigure that drives these vehicles, which includes a back view of him. I've posted these images of him before, but I decided to post them here as well.

With all those cars I made inspired by both LEGO Racers games as seen in those last two posts in my blog, I decided to make a more professional-looking supercar.

As you can see, I like the colors green & yellow quite a lot. The car name 'Temperamento' is Italian for the word "temperament". I chose that name since many sports car companies come from Italy.

This car was inspired by a vehicle seen in the Norwegian animated movie The Pinchcliffe Grand Prix (1975), which is seen in this image. I haven't seen that movie, but it does look really fun.

Here are some more custom LEGO racecar models I decided to make.

The racecar in these photos was made in October of 2025, as it was inspired by what you can find in the 1999 video game LEGO Racers.

The racetank in these photos was built in January this year, as this one was inspired by one of the vehicle bases seen in the 2001 sequel LEGO Racers 2.

Both these models use pieces you can't find in the original games, as I wanted to create models based on my design preferences. As you can see, I like the colors green & yellow quite a lot.

Earlier this year, I decided to make some LEGO models of racecars and their racers based on what I made in the classic 1999 video game LEGO Racers.

I remember playing and beating the PC version of this game as a kid back in the 2000s, and I even dreamed of getting LEGO models based on my creations, but that never came to light. I however started to play the game again in October of 2025, and then I would eventually beat it in November of that year. This would of course inspire me to build LEGO models based on the cars I made, even if I couldn't remember the exact ones I made as a kid.

This first racecar model and it's racer is the one that I used in all of the circuit.

This second racecar model and it's racer is an alternative racecar I also made. The second car also has my racer in a different outfit.

These last two images show how both racecars and my racer in both of his outfits look in the original game. The white car looks different from how the real life model looks due to some LEGO pieces that you can choose from in the game didn't exist in real life.

2/28/2026 Addendum: Looking back at this blog, maybe I was a bit too harsh with what I said about Ian Flynn around the end about him being a coward. I'm still disappointed with what happened, but perhaps there's a small chance things could change. As for SEGA, while they may not exactly be clowns, I still don't like how they handled all of this.

As some of you know, Archie Comics' Sonic the Hedgehog comic has been dead for over 8 years now, and in 2013 before the comic was cancelled, the comic was rebooted, thus eliminating many characters in the process.

In the same year of 2013, Ian Flynn announced Lost Hedgehog Tales, which would have revealed what could have been for the pre-reboot Archie Sonic universe. The first chapter was released in 2015, but in 2016, it was shelved due to some legal issues. After the comic's cancellation in 2017, it would seem the project would start work again, but that wasn't really the case. Since then, we never really got updates for the project, other than it being on "indefinite hiatus". Even worse, sometime in 2020, the project was removed from the Bumbleking website altogether.

Ian even avoided answering questions related to LHT on his show Bumblekast, and to make things even worse, he stopped answering Sonic-related questions altogether since 2025 due to issues as announced in this video. Apparently, SEGA had something to do with it.

In May of 2025, I decided to message Ian on Bluesky, as I said this:

What does he say in response? Nothing. He instead blocks me.

He hasn't unblocked me ever since, nor did he explain why he blocked me. I even tried to message Kyle Crouse about this to try to find out what was going on, but he hasn't responded either. I wasn't even trying to be malicious, as I was just being critical.

As of 2026, Lost Hedgehog Tales still isn't released, and the Bumblekast still won't answer Sonic-related questions. With all of that, I have lost all my faith in Ian Flynn and SEGA.

Ian Flynn is pretty much being a coward for blocking anyone who expresses any disappointments they have with him (assuming I'm not the only one he blocked for any reason he may have), and I lost a lot of respect for him, if not, all of it.

As for SEGA, that's no surprise. I remember how much they screwed with the Archie Sonic comic with their damn mandates, and seeing how they're possibly responsible for what happened with Lost Hedgehog Tales and the Bumblekast, they're nothing but a bunch of clowns.

So yeah, I've lost all my faith in these two, and remember, it's not that Ian Flynn blocked me, it's why he did. And sorry if I was a little harsh in those last two paragraphs, but I could have been a lot meaner.
