the first part of this was vaguely inspired by tikklil on instagram! originally i just glimpsed it and went wow that composition is so cute but i looked back at it now and realised how similar the composition of the piece is to Tikkil’s and while that wasn’t the goal at all and i didn’t refer back to it while i was drawing, i realised how the simplicity of the piece looks like i copied them and i felt real bad about it, so i figured i should absolutely mention them here!

just realised they have a tumblr acc! @tikklil hi i love you i promise i didn’t make this with the intention of copying you i think i just spent too much time scrolling ur insta and you just supplanted yourself into my brain (i did absolutely yoink your use of chromatic aberration on the clouds though i thought that was so sick) 😭
