Yes, Sakamoto wouldāve been glad to be told heād debut. He left Johnnyās once and more like told Johnny if I donāt debut by the time Iām 20, Iām leaving. And then he turned 20 so he left. But he came back after a while, for reasons I canāt remember ā- I think with the help of Taichi, and then Sakamoto became Higashiyamaās assistant for a while.
But the entire time he was back, he wasnāt joining in as a Junior but more of assisting Higashi. While he was in a butai, he was told to come to this particular room, and he thought it was just for a talk so he was still in his butai costume and he walked into a press conference for V6ās debut.Ā
Heād talk about this with a laugh because the rest of V6 were so shocked (and somewhat scared lol) to see him walk in wearing the full regalia of some I donāt know, a samurai or something. And they were told this man would be leading them. Heās also older than them by several years.
As for Okada and Ohno, it was actually mentioned in the HNA episode where Okada was a guest (Mannequin 5). Debuted people leave the Junior dorms and would join the senpai groups if theyāre still in a dorm. So when Okada debuted, he was told heād leave and according to him, Ohno sent him off with a party (which Ohno doesnāt remember doing lol).
Okada is actually Ohnoās kouhai in terms of Johnny entry but Okada technically became Ohnoās senpai when he debuted. You wonāt see Ohno and Okada act like that though since Okada still treats Ohno like a senpai and Ohno is just your usual Ohno.Ā
As for Johnnyās dorms in generalā¦ not everyone stayed there. For those whose houses were nearby, they didnāt have to stay (not sure if it was Sho or Jun, but one of them didnāt stay at the dorms). Higashi eventually left and got his own place, but to his surprise, the future Tokio members were sent to stay with him (hilarity ensues). And sometime ago, there was this whole fiasco of Johnny being accused as a rapist and a pedophile so after that whole thing was dealt with, Juniors were no longer required to stay at the dorms. I wouldnāt know today if there are still dorms though.
Imho, dorm stories are among the funniest tales ever told few as they are. I think the Juniors who didnāt get to stay missed out on the fun.
