so here's the funny thing, the answer is no. i used to love this game a lot to the point i was motivated enough to max out literally EVERYTHING (that isnt IAP) but unfortunately for me and many other players in the community, the game fell off tremendously last year. the quality dropped, updates felt rushed, us the community were lied to in sybo's 2025 roadmap video and sybo has done a couple of questionable things during that year (usage of AI on app icons, that brainrot character, their weird fatphobic social media posts etc.) i stopped playing around rome 2026 which was kinda disappointing because rome really was THE legacy comeback of the year and the content itself was really good, but unfortunately that new backend of the top run was enough for me to just quit cuz overall, this game deadass felt like a chore to play ngl. i still doodle and fixate about my favourite subway surfers characters because then again, i love this community, i moderate/manage the official discord server, y'all are so goddamn friendly! and even though I don't play that much anymore, I am happy with how much the game has been improving this year (unlike the fuckass mess that was last year) and i like keeping up to date with the recent news and see what else sybo has been cooking up for the future!
