DIVE

About to fall asleep... many, many nights I spend wasted looking at the lives of others as a cross comparison.  It’s odd, I know I’m not alone in this.  I’d like to take some time to just create a space for self improvement.  I want to grow, be a wonderful mother to my son, and also just be able to enjoy my own company for more reasons than those that directly align with my ego.

I have no idea where to start, but I want to start with bettering myself.  I guess ten minutes a day will do.  So much to say, but sometimes I feel like when I write, I do it with the expectation that someone will read it and it ends up altering the message.  It’s like when you put a camera on a person and they get awkward or act out for no apparent reason lol.  What the fuck makes it so difficult for us to just be ourselves in the presence of others?
