Vegan Parmesan anyone? There are loads of variations to this simply but delicious vegan alternative. My first harvest from my container garden...beautiful Claytonia aka Winter Purslane or Miners Lettuce. This green is super easy to grow and is actually frost tolerant! It’s delicious and packed with vitamin C amongst other health benefits. No matter how small the space you have, there is always an edible that you can grow at home.
