I did find a pretty good cropped version which was used for a product called FujiFilm instax mini, which I think is a mini camera:

I found one!!! I stopped looking for it, and ofc that’s when I stumbled on a higher res one on accident… life is funny like that. I don’t use tumblr much so idk if the way i added the photo makes it lower quality but the actual website is much better then any versions I’ve seen before!

Neo Atom animation is real: a new special 3D short film produced by Tezuka Productions, titled 『ネオアトム誕生』 ("The Birth of Neo Atom") featuring Atom's design from the 1972 Astro Boy manga 「アトム還る」 ("Atom Returns") will be shown in the Pasona Natureverse pavilion exhibited at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo, taking place for 6 months from April 13, 2025 to October 13, 2025.

Atom and Black Jack will appear as navigators in the Pasona Natureverse pavilion at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai World Expo.

Lost media of early development animations from the 2009 Astro Boy movie, dated from March 28 through May 15, 2007.

Many Astro Boy fans will likely recognize the thumbnail of the second video, as it is an image that was widely shared online for the 2009 Astro Boy movie as far back as the late 2000s.

They were posted on Colin Brady's YouTube page on May 29, 2024. Colin Brady was the original director for the 2009 Astro Boy movie before Imagi Studios switched to David Bowers.
