Twistout on 4chair 2 years 9 months natural. I'm finding it harder and harder to find progress with my hair im not sure if it's Growing or not but what I do know is that it is in a healthy condition which is good. I just gave it a small trim and am planning to trim my hair 3 times a year instead of two, and I plan to get a cut in July also. Im also seriously thinking of colouring it soon, I know it does damage but I have always wanted a blonde fro. I might start of small with highlights

Faux Bun 2 years 5 months natural

Hair Journey update: 2 years and 4 months natural So I have come to the conclusion that I am one of the unlucky few whose hair grows at a snails pace, but the important part is that it is still growing! I am now fully confident in the fact that I have managed to fully grow my hair back to the length that it was before I first started this journey and anything beyond this point is progress. If I can't grow my hair longer than this I am atleast extremely happy with the condition of my hair as it is soo healthy. I don't have any breakage at the back when I put my hair up, which is amazing (as I always did with the relaxer) and my hair is so soft. I have to keep reminding myself that my hair is layered so it will be harder to see length change at this point as my hair is at different lengths, I think if it levels out it will be easier to see. It's needing a trim so I will go beg of Feb I think. In 2017 I have decided to incorporate a bit more heat but with caution. More protective styles in the form of plaits and box braids. And I really do miss my weaves so I might have one or two next year. Excited for what the new year holds hair wise!
