i'm a little biased on the subject because charlie has become my favourite character well over arthur at this point but i couldn't fully enjoy the finale (don't get me wrong i'm ok with it overall and i'm not a hater) because it bugged me how fast arthur and john moved on after they got their happy ending, not even acknowledging that charlie is still trapped save asking where he is and getting a vague "idk man" from the manager. kayne told you where he is. charlie himself told you where he is. he could've asked what the threshold is instead of asking the same thing he already knows the answer to. arthur you're straight up a dumbass

i know that now with the second series in the making they're most likely to go to the threshold wherever it is and save him. but the way he got discarded in series 1 just rubs me the wrong way, even a small "now we have to find noel" would have been better. besides, i fear that it might be a long long time before we even hear from charlie again
