Obviously this will cost you some amount and you need to save before doing Renovation. 🌿 . We live in this house for 19 years and now we able to renovate it. It's 1BHK house for other, but it's HOME for us. That is why it is vey important project for us.💛 . FOR THIS PARTICULAR AREA WE HAD SO MANY IDEAS: 1⃣ Merge the whole area and make it wash area which includes bath|Toilet|washing machine. 2⃣ only Combine bath and toilet . 3⃣ Keep bath and toilet seprated as it is and include wash area into bathroom. seprate both with glass partition. 4⃣ change indian toilet to English toilet and keep bathroom as it is. Change the position of wash basin out side. Place the washing machine into back balcony. . Andddd we selected option 4⃣ because we dont want to damge the structure by changing it totally and of course big change will consume more money 🌿 . Our main concern was the damp patch that comes up in this area. ➡ ️so we make sure to do proper water-proofing of this area. ➡️ Replace the paint with elegant white tiles to give this dark humid more brightness 🔆 ➡️ change wash basin sink with a big table top sink. Place it on a marble piece. .
