I would flirt to help get ahead. I didn’t come out here to sit on my rump. I came out here to have a good time and play the game.

No one really wanted to make a decision in our group. The whole time I’m holding my breath. I’m thinking, “Please, God, I don’t want to start off Survivor on the losing end.” But, you know, I’m the one who got stuck sitting on Exile Island… I definitely feel very vulnerable. I didn’t expect this this soon, this early, so it came as quite a shock.

SURVIVOR: GUATEMALA — THE MAYA EMPIRE (September 15, 2005 - December 11, 2005) — It was kind of this way of saying thank you to the earth, thank you to the sky, thank you to the water, thank you to our ancestors who built this temple. I’ve been waiting just to have a cultural experience here the whole time because, to me, like you don’t understand where you are until you’ve met and experienced the people.
