Did you know that two things turn 25 this year?

One of them is the subgenre of hip-hop that Front named way back in early 2000. Half a lifetime ago (If you're around 50, which some of us are).

Also 25 years old: Wheatus's "Teenage Dirtbag," a mammoth rock & roll hit which Front has ruined countless times onstage with an unnecessary rap breakdown.

Front opens the San Francisco stop on the Wheatus 25th Anniversary Tour on April 5th at Bottom Of The Hill. And you can bet he'll be up there at the end of the night too, ruining that perfectly good rock & roll song one more time. Come see it happen!

In other news, last weekend's Nerdcore Party Con in North Carolina was a wild and wonderful time. The current generation of YouTube-thriving nerdcore artists have put together a fantastically energetic and engaged community of musicians and fans. Front loved everything about the fest and hopes to join them next year in Dallas.
