10 minute Saturday treadmill routine. [8.5 incline : 4.5 speed ](shuffles, backpedals & light jog x 40 seconds each) Then increasing by 2.0 mph per set until the treadmill can't go any faster 14mph or so for basic treadmills. (Run for 20 sec : stretch 40 sec & repeat at increased speed ) #newmanstrength #mixitupmonday
