I feel like I need to #repost this because I have been having a lot of conversations lately about undereating/overtraining. This pic explains it all! You can't have an efficient #workout on an empty stomach, you'll be doing more harm than good! I understand occasional fasted cardio, but outside of that you need to fuel that machine you call your body!! You want to be lean?
