sometimes when people say that someone is «very gen z» they usually just have a lot of tiktok mannerisms? like I can tell their screen time is insane

I keep seeing content from people giving up sugar and saying it changes their life and I’ve been wondering how much can it really change?? and then they talk about how much sugar they actually eat during a day and like… yes I believe you would have good effect from giving up sugar cereal and sugar bread and ice cream everyday. but this is an american problem. literally just eat oat meal for breakfast instead and you’re good

colleagues talk about their kids choosing a path to study and they’re all encouraging them to do what brings them joy and I’m like… okay well my generation did that and now everyone has a masters degree but no one can find work. maybe we should help children be strategic instead
