17 states + DC have same-day voter registration, meaning that even if you’re not registered to vote right now you could register and vote tomorrow at the same time. these places are California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. the rules for what you need to register will differ from state to state so if you are not registered to vote but think you may be eligible, DM me so we can figure out how you can register and vote in person tomorrow.
