To all of our Kenya families and new friends, HERE IT IS!
Spee and I were privileged with the opportunity to go to Kenya with Free The Children to help build schools. While we were there, we had some incredibly magic moments really connecting with the community and many of the youth groups that were there creating change. In turn, it changed OUR lives. Our song “Starlight” became like an anthem of Kenya in the Maasai Mara. We had the honour of shooting an epic music video to really capture that amazing connection and experience. Huge thank you to Marc Kielburger, Free The Children, Sara Cornthwaite (who captured these great moments and put this video together) along with all of the beautiful Kenyan community members and the inspiring youth groups that were involved in the making of this video, creating an unforgettable experience for us. Neverest Release Single “Someday,” Team Up With RBC & Free The Children For We Create Change Campaign
Neverest have released a new single called “Someday.” The band debuted the song at Free the Children’s We Day Toronto event earlier today with the We Create Change campaign. The We Create Change campaign is a joint initiative between Free the Children & RBC in support of the Year of Economic Empowerment. RBC is donating a portion of the proceeds from every “Someday” song download to the campaign.
