Part 1: how to love an INFJ

Quality time: nothing tells an INFJ I love you like taking time out of your day to be around them. Most INFJs primary love language is quality time because they understand how precious time can be and how you use it. So if you spend your precious time on us we know we are someone special in your heart.

Conversations: INFJs love getting to know people. Most of the time we spend observing the people we love to get to know them better. But nothing interest us in getting to know a person than letting us into your mind and heart. We want to hear about your passions, we want to hear about your irrational fears and how they started. Let us know your crazy ideas. Open up to us because we know how doing so can make you vulnerable and there’s nothing more than an INFJ would want than a sincere heart to heart talk. If you open up most likely we’ll open up too. I read once that INFJs are open books but we need someone who is willing to turn the pages and I thought it really does resonate with our type.

Understanding: this one goes hand in hand with the conversation one because INFJs when listening to others rely on their Fe function to empathize with the speaker along with their other functions that help make conversations of what’s being said and how it’s being said. We try to understand where the person is coming from. Try to understand why they think the way they think and feel the way that they feel. But we also desire this in return. We appreciate it when someone lends a non judging ear and tries to understand the things we express. Even though there will be times you might not be able to we still appreciate the attempt. If you do this I’m sure your INFJ will continue coming back to you for a good talk; you’ll become someone special in their heart.

INTJ: Oh god why am I crying

INTJ: This is illogical

INTJ: I don’t like this

INTJ: INFJ make it stop

INFJ:

INFJ: It’s not just my friends or family, but also random stranger in trains.

INFJ: Like when I see someone looks sad, I’m wondering what happen or what’s the problem, and I feel their sadness.

INTP: What about my emotion?

INFJ: You’re flat. So, I don’t feel drained out.
