In chapter 7, after rescuing Duster, Kumatora says this: "Geez... Is this lucky or unlucky? I can't tell."

And Duster says in response: "You're all lucky. That's the only way I can see it..."

So yes, in an unused line, Duster flirts with Kumatora, make of that what you will. (Which is to say, I'm just the messenger here, don't shoot me lol. The fact this was written in and then subsequently not used in the final game could suggest many things, but I'm not trying to suggest anything myself.)
