I don’t get why people don’t understand that “shipping” is essentially “imaging what it’d be like if two people fucked”? And that it’s so not a big deal?

The shifting of the mattress told Honeydew that someone was sitting at the end of his bed. Considering the Factory was basically deserted with only him and his best friend there to tend to it, the dwarf was pretty certain of who it was. “Nightmares again, Xeph?” He muttered loud enough for the spaceman to hear. He didn’t get a reply, but by the slight shake of the bed, Honeydew could tell that his friend had just nodded. “Hop in then.” “I wouldn’t fit…The bed was made specially for you…” “Then we’ll spoon. It was a bit cold anyway.” Wordlessly, his friend who was only clad in boxers, got into the bed and curled up, trying to find a good position to sleep in. One that wouldn’t leave him with a horrible cramp in the morning. When he succeeded, the dwarf curled up against him. The next morning the dwarf woke up, clinging to his friend who was hugging him tingly against his chest and in a state of blissful sleep. The nightmares hadn’t plagued him for the rest of the night.

I’d like to think that Xephos tends to have nightmares and ends up sitting at the end of Honeydew’s bed to make sure none of these horrible nightmares come true. Sometimes Honeydew catches him doing this.
