           Music is my life , music can release my stresses , music can burst my personality , therefore without music my life is boring. stress is primarily a physical response ,when we are stress he body thinks it is under attack and switches to 'fight or flight' mode. Music is a therapy established health profession in which music is used within a therapeutic relationship to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals.

This mandala is represented by myself because im like a broken pieces that want to be connected or want to be one, and because of that,sometimes im confident to do things and sometimes im shy to express myself. If you can see the black circle in the center it is like a barrier to me that affects my personality.

My expectation on my parents is that my parents is not so close to me because Im not that open to them,im not open to them because they tease me if i open a topic they maid it negative,if i will ask question to them they will say “your just wasting time”,even do it is important.
