Day 3. Park.

My weight currently unknown.

Exercise for the day: 7 miles on bicycle.

Diet for the day: Eggs, turkey lean meat, spinach for breakfast. Fried chicken, biscuits for lunch. Baby carrots for dinner. I will say that Lunch was a regretable decision precipitated by a coupon book and an empty stomach. I will not buy fried chicken in the near future.

This is the park I go to as my destination for every ride. I hope to get up earlier in the day to complete sets here.

Day 2. Bikes

My weight: Currently unknown

Diet today: Lean Turkey patties cooked with cajun spice mixture and edamame. Fresh cheese tacos for dinner. Shiner Prickly Pear beer.

Exercise today: Biking for one hour and a half. Approximately 6.2 miles.
