Remember the Somali who told a 12yo girl “black dick is expensive” while he raped her and got off with community service?

He and his family are now stalking, harassing and assaulting his victim.

The girl was raped at the age of twelve in 2014. A 17 year old teen convinced her to come to his house. There she was forcefully undressed, raped and punched in the face. According to court findings she ‘bled profusely from her genitalia’. There was said to have been violence between the two families previously. The rapist got off with only 180 hours of community service, but since then the girl has only face more violence.

Social services (and possibly police) received knowledge of the serious crime days after the rape, yet a police report was apparently only filed 5 months later, a ‘mistake’ according to Social services.

The boy faced the court by the time he turned 18. A news article from that time stated the minimal sentence for a rape would be two years, however the rapist received no jail time and -an arguably laughable- community service under the pretense he “had suffered anxiety and had some issues sleeping.” The prosecutor is reported to have responded to the mild punishment by saying: “There is nothing shocking or surprising about it.”

As it turns out the girl has since stayed out of school for a period of three months, and is too scared to leave the house. “If I go to the store he will see me through the window. If I am in town and his friends see me they will call him and he will show up.” The girl also talked about a previous assault: “Last Thursday the brothers got off at a bus stop I was standing. The youngest brother punched me to the ground. The older brother came to me and I thought he would help but he punched me in the mouth. Even their mother came and I thought she would make it stop but she kicked me.” She was taken to the hospital with injuries to the back of her head, two loose teeth and a swollen face. Her mother has reported to the police that she has been attacked at least six times. Her father hopes the police will finally help: “The teen has a restraining order yet police fail to do anything.” Social services has offered to help place the girl in another house or hotel, but the father says it is unfair he should move and that he doesn’t have the resources to buy another house.

Police chief of Medelpad, Josef Wiklund, advises people who go through a similar situation to keep a diary. As it might come in handy in court, and to surely call the police when an assault has taken place. He also suggest it might be a good idea to call for a restraining order. It seems he is blissfully unaware that she has done all that –aside from keeping a diary- and that the life of a 13 year old girl is now a living hell.
