Hostage situation near Paris
A police officer was stabbed nine times in front of his house, the attacker then took the wife (also a police worker) and child hostage. Special units have since cleared the house, the man was shot dead, a woman was found deceased. The three year old son was still alive.
Neighbors claim to have heard the man yell âIslamic slogansâ. This has not yet been confirmed by police, just throwing that in there. Police claims the attacker was a former soldier.
