I am a big big BIG 80s nerd (I am so normal about new wave and synth pop don't even joke lad) so much so I have an alt account for 80s stuff if you're interested 👀 @ladyonthephone <!!!!

At the moment I'm deeply obsessed with my own ocs, my favourites right now are my synthpop duo technobabble (if I ever make a lore post for them it'll be here) but I sprinkle in a few fanart posts too ♡

I'm Nico Emmet (aka. @nemmet), and I am beyond thrilled to announce that I'm creating an original audio drama! ⋆ ˚｡⋆ ⚙️ ˚

Currently being produced as my final year media project at university, THE STERLING GIRL follows a disgraced toymaker accused of replacing a wealthy young girl with a robot replica, when their unlikely friendship alters the girl's behaviour. The story is a Steampunk twist on folkloric myths of 'changeling children', and centers the challenges and catharses of autistic women in a pseudo-Victorian society.

The Sterling Girl is a standalone piece, written and directed by myself. I voice the character of the toymaker, alongside a brilliant cast of fellow autistic actors.
