Andrew and Ashley are fighting in the world between because of course they are. A freak accident happens and they each fall through a portal. Andrew ends up on Mt. Sorbet in the dead of night. In a loose sweater and torn jeans, he's obviously freezing and frantically looks for shelter. He finds a cave and tries to figure out where he is and how to get out when Timber shows up.

Andrew intially starts to freak out but Timber's charm kind of disarms him. Andrew then admits he doesn't know where he is or how he got there and Timber fills him in on the key details while sharing friendly banter and working to keep him warm (physical contact with Timber starts to make an impact on him) When the sun rises, Timber points Andrew towards where he can get down from the mountain and bids him farewell.

Andrew finds the Insterail, but obviously has no money to ride it or to stay anywhere in Frosting. Ultimately, he does what he can to survive on the mountain until he ends of getting a job at the same Hot Spring as Treat. He eventually makes enough money to survive, but then thinks about Timber and how he more or less saved his life that fateful night. He thinks about what Timber told him about his pack and the rabbits. Feeling an insistent sense of obligation, he buys as much food as he can reasonably afford and goes up the mountain to try and find him. Sure enough, he finds Timber around Sundown and surprises him with the food.

Elated, Timber actually invites Andrew to Glaze where they share dinner with his pack. There, Andrew, meets the other wolves, learns about scavenging from Tundra and sympathizes with their plight (after all, who is he to judge?), and then spends the night in Timber's hut after a shared bottle of wine

Andrew returns to his makeshift home later that day, his mind swimming with thoughts and feelings he never thought himself capable of. And he realizes he's thinking less and less about Ashley

He genuinely starts to wonder if he even wants to go back to his own world, even when a part of him is certain that Glaze has no future. Of course, it's when he goes to return to his shelter after a late shift that he sees Timber being dragged by Ozmanthus towards Frosting. Time practically slows down as he's already reaching for his cleaver and approaching under the cover night provides him. He takes advantage of a blind spot and slices into Ozmanthus' neck several times until he stops moving.

Timber is freed and surprised that Andrew was there and so readily murdered someone, but of course Andrew is just concerned for him. When Timber makes it clear that he just killed a cop, Andrew begins to spiral before Timber leads them to a cave where they can cleanly butcher the body. As they work, Timber concludes aloud that this wasn't the first time Andrew has killed someone. Andrew sags, confessing that to be true. He begins to ramble almost incoherently about how much blood he's spilled for a soul who never even appreciated it or saw him as a person. And despite that, he kept bowing to her every whim because of how fucked in the head he is.
