RISE LIKE THE DAWN

In all honesty, there was nothing she loathed more than leaving, so many goodbyes had stained the action with an air of resentment, even now that they were together always. Even so they always end up so entwined that it’s nearly impossible to leave (which suits her just fine). The Commander sighs through her nose, there was work to be done, of course, always something more, ready and waiting, a message needing her attention, a stack of paperwork, so many details that it would make a lesser person’s head spin with the responsibility.

It wasn’t like her to put off work for any reason, but once again he proves the exception to everything, a priority above all else. They’d just won a major battle after all, perhaps it would be wise to find solace in these seldom quiet times, there was no telling when (or, stars forbid, if…) the next moment alone would come.

The tips of her claws stroke thoughtfully through a stray tuft of fur at his cheek, the action is gentle and affectionate, smoothing it down and back into place. Seeing him like this, so mussed and unguarded, are the memories she treasures the most. Moments such as these that don’t require words, just a simple action of reaching out to speak volumes of comfort and longing.

[[ decision made, i’m going to be archiving this blog and starting fresh, there’s so many threads and memories that make me happy to look back to, but also some...not so great ones.

   Oh how he glad he was to hear the familiar voice of his dearly beloved friend.       “ Mmm I dare say you might be more of a solution, my dear.” he hummed as he made a quick effort to wipe the mess of who knows what from his face so that he could see her properly. “ Your arrival was most timely and I suppose for it I owe you a story of a most scandalous affair and a daring heist . ” he smoothed over his ear with one hand and showed a small cube like device in his other hand for her to inspect, as if it explained everything.

    The warm greeting only encourages her amusement, slinking closer as he wipes the mess from his face; the dramatics (or perhaps insanity) of it all are a welcome familiarity to the unforgiving cold shoulder of the city. Any worries are quickly allayed, the splattering marring his face doesn’t smell like his blood, not all of it anyway, either way, it suits him.

    “ Oh? Do tell~ ” She says, drawn almost magnetically as he unveils the tiny object, she never could resist the curious temptation, and when it came to him, the antics were sure to excite.

Your voice is terrifying!

The things you say, people take seriously. You might not talk much, but when you do talk, people listen. Your words are logical, and people can't help but believe you. There's a certain charm about you as well, you're just irresistible, especially when you get going. 

Chances are, you're a loner/nerd/geek in school. You like information and learning, and if given the right conditions, you can crush someone in an argument. Using logic, possibly roasts, and inarguable points, there's no losing for you.
