Plucking one from the tin then popping it in mouth, Hans hummed as he chewed, his words but a little muffled.Â
âMm - nothing in particular.
A grapevine runs throughout;   and Iâve heard youâre a very special man,â               Hans briefed, all while clapping the powdered sugar off his hands.
âIâd be interested to learn   what it is that makes you so singular, indeed.â
Cocking his head, he assumed a playful tone.
âBy the by -   the possibility that it may be worth knowing -   knowledge is certainly indispensable.   Thereâs no such thing as           idleâŚcuriosity           - is there..?â
"You'd like to learn- about me?" His eyes narrowed in closely focusing on Hans "If that's what you're asking you've got quiet a bit to learn- some you're not so much ready to understand but if you're asking what makes me tick I can't so much say."Â
He reached his left hand towards the base of the gauntlet on his right, pulling it closer to the bone underneath. He could, he could tell him that power was the thing he lusted for but that wasn't so easily told without explaining the tale in which he sold his hand for power.Â
Inevitable growing tired of sitting Mozenrath lifted himself off of the chair and made his way across the room closer to his companion, He reached for the small tin the Hans had been taking his treats from and removed the lid without hesitation "Would you mind?"Â
Uninvited Guest
It was late. but Belle was having trouble sleeping due to horrible nightmares constantly waking her. She was sitting up in bed, her head in her hands a moment as she recovered from the recent scare.
Eventually her hands fell onto her lap before she pulled the covers off her and swung her legs over the side of the bed. Perhaps reading would help get her mind off the images that had scared her so. She lit the candle that rested on the side table then slid out of bed carefully so as not to wake the wardrobe that was peacefully snoring away. She turned a moment to grab a blanket to wrap around her as that castle tended to be very cold at night. She picked up the candle and slowly made her way to the room door.
Belleâs free hand rested on the handle a moment before she quietly pushed it down, pulled open the door, then slipped out guiding the door closed behind her. She kept the candle before her and stayed on the carpet as she walked to the library after all she was barefooted so it was better then walking on the cold marble floor.
As she approached the door she noticed that is seemed open a waysâŚthat was strange she remembered closing it when sheâd left for the night. As far as she knew the others were all asleep and they usually didnât even enter the library when she wasnât in there as well. Cautiously she approached the door, the candleâs light guiding the way. âIs someone there?â She found herself quietly asking.
As the small girl appeared in the doorway Mozenrath descended deeper into the shadow of the darkened library. He pulled a shadowed hood over his eyes just barely enough to hide the blue hues from the candles glow. If it had been the castles master he would have never seen the light of day again. Inhaling slowly he held onto what breath he could manage to find and stayed close to the shelves.Â
He watched as the girl entered the library, making way with caution. She was onto him but that didn't mean that he didn't have a chance to make it out of here without her noticing him. If he could manage to do that he could find the rose and open a portal back to the black sands before anyone even noticed he was actually there. Yes, that sounded like a perfect plan indeed the only things stopping him was getting around this girl.Â
Waste no time Mozenrath. you must move quickly lest you run out of night. He crept closer to the exit of the library still trying to remain unseen to cautious eyes as he used the books to slide closer to the door but there was no way out. The girls body lingered in the door frame for more time that he had the patience for.Â
First a leather boot emerged from the darkness followed by the shadowed figure of the Necromancer Mozenrath. The tails of his cloak flowing freely behind him.
"Watch your words, and be sure to stay quiet damsel you have no idea who you're up against" His hood still hung masking over his face disguising all but the slope of his chin. "Now, I'll need you to point me in the direction of which your master keeps his prized rose. It's of the utmost importance"
Uninvited Guest
Leather bound books surrounded the Necromancer as the darkness crept through the windows that surrounded the libraries parameter. He hadn't been here long, no his plan was to stay here as little time as possible for he knew whom the castle belonged. not that he had ever met the man (or beast) of which the legend told but he had heard the tales of men being ripped limb from limb with just the wave of a claw. Now, no where in Mozenrath's mind did he think that he couldn't take on such a creature but if he could avoid confrontation that would be the ideal.
He quietly closed the portal behind him and stepped close to the library walls. Mozenrath moved quickly and without sound, a trait that he learned to take advantage of throughout his life. Stopping only to reach for the door nob upon his arrival. With a Sharp twist Mozenrath cracked the door and peered down the dark corridor.Â
If it was for the small flicker of light he would have kept going, down the hallway in search of this magical rose. It was said by legend to be a prized possession of this castles owner- though no one knew what power it possessed. At the very least it would be something that he could take back to the Black Sands and look over, perhaps use manifest its powers into something else.Â
but the glimer of light told him to stay hidden, eluded in the shadows. Away from all eyes. So he did just, and laid low inside of darkness- Just as it always had been for the Necromancer of the black sands. Â

Strolling to the table near the fireplace, and providing his companion the prospect of broad shoulders, he chuckled very quietly to himself. As it dissolved, he reached and gingerly removed the lid of a silver tin, uncovering several small powdered jelly doughnuts, soft little mounds tucked closely together atop a sheet of wax paper.
He inhaled, affirming,
âNo. Â Iâm afraid Iâm not used to being liked.
Being hated, on the other hand,  happens to be a dear old friend.â
Mozenrath eyes the man ever so careful, though he didn't appear to be a of any harm to him but regardless the necromancer was always on his toes when it came to new acquaintances.Â
"Of course Prince-" he paused raising a finger to his chin and tapping it lightly in thought. "What did you say your name was again? oh yes Hans. I do believe you'll find that I too have found a friend in being the outcast" A smile curl of his lips revealed a devious smile. "Now what was it that you called me here for again?"

Roger cocked his head at the strange, dark man before him. It didnât last long, though, before the rabbit broke into a grin and spoke up.
"Am I?! Iâm stranded, marooned, left for dead!" The toon cried theatrically, if not a little melodramatically. "Do you know youâre way around here?"
Disgusted Mozenrath let out a sharp hiss and flipped back the tales of his cloak, This fur ball had the audacity to bump into him and then ask him for directions as he dismissed him. The market place was booming with people and of course for a man who never left his domain and of course he was the one that this- this thing ran into.Â
He scoffed once more before turning back to the toon. "You're in Agrabah's market place- what a pitty lets hope the vultures don't mistake you for food."Â
Mozenrath appreciation post.
beginning
Beginnings are such- strange things, especially when it comes to people. To think that one day, you could be something so small, so meaningless and then rise your way up the ranks and become something so powerful that even the most dangerous sorcerers dare not speak your name. It was such that the necromancer rose to his throne in the black sands. Once an orphan, left dead in the streets to rot until Destane took him in oh but that was just the beginning of his mistakes. The Dawn of his downfall if you will.Â
It didn't take long for Destane to take a liking to young Mozenrath, from the moment he took him in to clean up the citadel Destane saw something- something growing deep down inside of the young boy. A thirst for power, knowledge and everything in between. It was then that Destane took Mozenrath under his wing
Though the real catalyst wasn't until Destane taught him to read, oh boy was that a mistake. After that the scrolls in Destanes library became Mozenraths only friends. From the sleepless nights staying up through the late hours of the night reading about magical incantations the likes of which no one understood. It all fascinated him beyond anything else that he could have learned from his mentor. These pages told him of great power- power that Mozenrath longed for.Â
Of course, when Destane returned with that gauntlet, that was when he knew it was the real beginning for him. A gauntlet that provided so much power to its wearer that they could never be stopped or so the legend told. There was no other way around it, Mozenrath needed that gauntlet even if he had to pry it from Destane's cold, dead hands.
Mozenrath lusted for the gauntlets power, so much so that it would often appear in his dreams before him and tell him exactly how to take the artifact from his mentor- who was too afraid to bear its power.Â
When the time came and Mozenrath and Destine fought to the death their powers were near matched. Mozenrath only beating him by slight wit and less determination.Â
The only regret was that the gauntlet didn't come with a warning sign, at least some sort of magic aura that said "will drain life from its wearer-"but in the moment that its thick leather touched Mozenrath's right arm he could feel the skin being ripped from his bones. His flesh melting away as if someone had drenched his hands in acid. The shriek that fell from his lips had always haunted him in his dreams from that day onward. He could feel the power, feel the magic pulsating through his bones and shaking everything inside of him. The very power he longed of he now possessed.Â
This was the tale, the tale of the rise of the all powerful sorcerer Mozenrath- the one that strikes fear in the darkest of hearts, whom no mortal man would ever dear to face. And as he sat back in his cold rock solid throne kicking his feet over its arm and laughing to himself at the thought of those that dared disobey his rule, something continued to tell him that this was still just the beginning.Â
but was it the begging to his rise of power over all of the seven deserts
or the begging of the end of the black sands necromancerÂ

Of Ice and fire
Waking up that morning had been an incredible feat in and of itself. The ball last night had gone on for quite some time, and Elsa didnât normally sleep in so long. Today, though, she just couldnât help it. Her servants had brought her tea and breakfast around ten, and she had slipped on one of her more comfortable dresses. She wasnât planning on seeing anyone today.
Her chambers had her office in it, but she had only been in there this morning when she was getting the things she might need to be productive. For the past several hours, though, Elsa had done nothing but read while looking out of her large window. It was a relaxing day to say the least.
As her door opened, she looked up in alarm. She had told the guards to not let anyone in other than Anna, and even then only with her permission first. Had this man put her guards under some kind of spell? Elsa wanted more than anything to banish him from Arendelle on the spot, but the way he presented himself intrigued her.Â
Letting out a frustrated sigh, Elsa stood. âMozenrath,â she said with a nod of her head acknowledging his name, âI assume that whatever business you have with me is of the most importance considering you went against the law to be standing her at the present moment.â Her anger was not as easily hid as it most likely should have been, and Elsa accidentally froze the chair she had been sitting in when she rested her hand on it.Â
"Against the law?" His lips curled upwards once more into the devious smile that screamed he was up to no good. His throat tightened making a small groaning noise. Since when had something being Against the law ever stopped him before? Actually the thought of doing something illegal enticed the necromancer.Â
And that was when the ice came out, the thing he traveled so far to see. clearly he had aggravated the woman- exactly what he wanted. Though he couldn't let her know, not now. His hands held tightly to the his hipbones, as his eyes carefully held their gaze on Elsa.
"Just a few matters to discuss thats all, no need to get worked up about anything" He reached a leather glove to his teeth and eyed his hands pretending to be uninterested in anything that the queen could say. From the corner of his eye he could see the bright glimmer of the ice crept its way slowly from under her hands. The thought of Agrabah slowly freezing over traced through his mind once more- much like it had when he first stepped foot into Arendelle. The sound of Aladdins tortured screams as he froze him dead in his tracks and made him watch everything he loved slowly freeze to death.Â
Pulling himself back to reality he slowly stepped closer towards the queen, eyes still staying as far off her as he possibly could. He could feel their eyes beating down on him and of course soon she would demand to know what these matters he needed to discuss were. His gaze clung to the shards of ice jutting from beneath her palms as his eyes drifted back towards her.
"Perhapse we should cool down now, whats the use in getting all fired up" His brow arched. "I don't suppose you treat all of your guests so kindly"

Sand. as far as the eye could see. That was what Mozenrath was used too. There wasn't much else to the seven deserts, though Mozenrath had traveled far and wide in search of magical artifacts that would help him gain control of his homelands. This place was much like everywhere else he had been, or at least to him it was. A large castle centered around smaller buildings and of course the fountains, what would a small port trading town be without a fountain? Everything was so- nice and the thought of that disgusted.Â
It didn't take long for him to arrive at the castle. He knew what he was here for. It was said that the Queen of Arendelle had powers over ice, enough so to send her entire kingdom into an eternal winter. These powers could of course be of use to him.Â
As he reached the gates he raised his right hand to knock, while using his left hand to tighten his gauntlet down. A guard opened the door with a questioning look but did not speak a single word. Mozenrath gave the man a half formed smile.
"The pleasure is mine, now I do require you to point me in the way of Queen Elsa. We have a meeting of sorts you see and I would hate to be late" He lowered his hands to his side, waiting for the guard to speak- he didn't, instead he simply turned and walked Mozenrath down the corridor towards the room where his queen resided.Â
The guard opened the door and Mozenrath stepped inside, He glanced back to dismiss the man that had walked him here though it didn't seem that he took the hint. Mozenrath stepped farther into the room. His stride was slow but confident in a way that screamed that he had reason to be here.Â
"Queen Elsa, I've heard so much about you." he snickered a little bit, as his lips formed an almost half smile again. His hands folded behind his back lacing the fingers between each other. "My name is Mozenrath, sorcerer of the black sands. to say I'm pleased to meet you would be an understatement."Â
â E A D C A N O N
Mozenrath has scoured the seven deserts for a cure for the gauntlets magic. Though his death is inevitable due to the curse of the gauntlet, as time goes on Mozenrath grows weaker and weaker unless he can find something else to slow the curse or in the best case completely take it from him. Most of the time Mozenrath pushes himself through knowing that he is inevitably going to die- however sometimes it wears down on him fairly hard.Â
