Feathers of the 3 main Gryph Race Snow, Ashwing, and Torrel. Sootwings are distinct from Ashwings and never called Ashwings, but they're same species. Torrel wings are small and suited for swimming, as they lived on the coasts. They are the only species that can't fly and have the most dramatic sexual dimorphism of all races.

Ashwing split long ago, becoming two distinct cultures that expanded differently down two paths. The Torrel expanded outwards too, but kept close to their main culture, so many of their regional cultures share similar values/subtleties, while the Ash are more distinct.

Prefic is a bit of a nuisance in the story. If Suffix is an owl, Prefic is a cockatoo. Always doing something to bother... well Narkissa mostly. He likes to poke bears, and he happens to like this bear, but he can't remember why.

This was a pretty fast/rough sketch tbh. I mostly wanted to draw prefic and nerith sitting in some way, to see what that would look like... so nark looks off. Here's another prefic.
