Knowing what very little he did about the situation between Aluin and Noah ten years into the past, he believed every bit of truth being detailed to him. Each recalled account only cemented in his mind that he had plenty of justification to think negatively about the mentioned male. Enough, in fact, to do so on the behalf of the both of them.

Time to distract Muu by throwing more glitter furiously, as Aluin refuses to acknowledge that it wasn't an answer to the question asked.

Between the unexpected shift in intensity in words directed towards him, as well as just the words themselves used to convey it, panic sent forth from the most innate parts of himself far quicker than he could catch it in time to conceal it from view.

Limbs took on a mind of themselves with arms raising up to protectively rest atop his head as his lower half shot down to the ground at lightning speed until buckled knees met tightened chest. Air taken in from a shocked inhale found, trapped high within where his chest cavity met at the base of a tightened throat, only gained freedom in the form of an incredibly slow exhale through nostrils as any more sudden of a movement drew in the concern of nausea following a similar trajectory of travel to get outside of his body.

Color had already quickly drained itself from wide-eyed face, leaving him comparably pale to the complexion of a creature from the night. By the grace of the medicinal cocktail meant to lay dormant in his system until initiated by adrenaline to kick in, though, all returned seconds after each shot nerve in his body was chemically relaxed.

Any lasting fear at the front of his mind held such minimal connection to Aluin that he drew on a slow raise back to standing tall on his own two feet. Amusement towards the glitter being hurled his way may not have returned with it. Instead, a contented indifference towards the substance took over in its place. Perhaps he would've liked to play with something else by then. Something that, preferably, didn't make him more hyperaware of his poorly perceived body by seeing shimmer of light bounce off of it even as he stood completely still in place.

A very drastic distinction in the aesthetics of teen (and young adult) Muu versus his adult counterpart is that, come his mid twenties, he fully adjusts his wardrobe to only contain women's attire. This includes an ownership of a wide variety of skirts, dresses, women's cut trousers, shorts, shoes, and even socks. And, yes, his collection also includes panties and bralettes. He only owns one pair of men's briefs and those are strictly for lounging around at home purposes.

No, he has not, nor ever will, self identify as a "femboy" due his preference towards women's clothing. He also doesn't associate his decision as being indicative of an underlying gender crisis. Very genuinely enjoy being, and identifying as, a cismale. There is some blurriness due to deeply internalized insecurities over being less than the average man, but acknowledging them has revealed that he would be equally as unhappy with himself if he were to adapt to life as a woman as he would be by just being himself.

Muu dresses the way he does entirely on behalf of the fact that he encounters a significant amount of body dysmorphia when wearing traditional men's clothing. Being underdeveloped cognitively and physically from a lack of puberty advancement in his late teens, paired with copious amounts of societal isolation from same sex peers / romantic partners, ultimately combined into developing the rationale that he would draw less of a threat to himself if he took on a more womanly appearance than if he stayed looking boyish amongst men.

His secondary reason is simply just holds relation to his wife, Hannah. During the loneliest and most violent time in his life, he had her as essentially his only source of unconditional kindness and friendship. Something that he grew to very fondly enjoy during their time together was to be silly and dress up in articles of clothing pulled directly from her closet. Even after ten years exactly from those memories, he truthfully cannot say he's ever laughed as hard as he used to when parading and dancing about her apartment wearing nothing but underwear stolen from her dresser.
