You know whatβs hilarious about the cardiophile AI slop? How low effort it is. You have the same women with the same overinflated unrealistic breasts, they all look like plastic and they donβt even have hearts. Looking at a playboy fold out while listening to a sound library generic heartbeat would be more effective at getting your jollies off.
Nah, letβs just f*ck over the environment with your unrealistic hollow Barbie cardiophile fantasy.
Iβll just stick with real people.
I just want someone to listen :((
How I wish a cardiologist would come and auscultate me right now...
No rushing. No quick checkup.
Just lying there while she places her stethoscope against my chest and slowly moves it from one auscultation point to the next, listening carefully to every beat. Maybe she notices how my heart gets a little faster whenever the diaphragm touches a new spotβ¦ but she doesnβt say anything at first.
She just keeps listening. Aortic. Pulmonic. Tricuspid. Mitral.
And when she finally reaches my apex, she stays there a little longer than necessary, using the palm of her hand to gently hold the stethoscope diaphragm against my chest while her fingers feel the impulse of each heartbeat beneath them. All the while, she looks directly into my eyes, quietly listening as I wonder whether she can tell just how much Iβm enjoying being examined.
I think Iβd happily let her listen for as long as she wanted... π©Ίπ«
Let's try this.
Send me a number: Cardiophile edition.

A beautiful view of a relaxed pulse. I'm looking for videos to exchange, just send a message.
I hate medical porn videoss because almost allll of them are justβ¦. βOh doctor Iβm sick and the cure is to blow youβ or just a guy in gloves and a mask but fully unclothedβ¦.. I want hours of footage of obscure stuff. Both staying clothed, a normal medical examination where even if the subject is clearly turned on the doctor doesnβt acknowledge it. They ease in needles instead of dick and coo praises and compliments. No stupid subjects that play dumb about being fingered, they know itβs wrong but the doctor doesnβt seem to phased as they do it. Feeling and exploring before pulling away, disinterested in allowing releaseβ¦.
Can you hear the pause at the 39-second mark? The Valsalva maneuver also helps reduce tachycardia; Iβve managed to significantly lower my heart rate after a few attempts, itβs great.π₯°π
I love it π©Ί

Getting to Know Each Other a Little Better β Cardiophile Questionnaire
Hi everyone!
I've been part of this community for quite a long time, although for most of those years I've stayed in the shadows. I've read, watched, and explored quite a bit, but I've rarely been an active participant.
Lately, I've decided to change that. I'd like to interact more, meet people, make some friends, and hear the stories of others who share this interest.
I've seen a few similar questionnaires around here, so I know the idea isn't completely new, but I thought I'd make my own version, answer it first, and then leave the same questions for anyone who wants to join in.
You definitely don't have to answer all of them. If there's a question you don't like, just skip it. And if you'd like to add a question of your own at the end, even better!
So... here I go. π β€οΈπ©Ί
β€οΈ I. My Story
1. How long have you known you were a cardiophile?
If we're talking about when I learned that this actually had a name, I was around 16, when I discovered the now-defunct hbp.net.
But I think heartbeats have fascinated me for as long as I can remember.
2. What's your earliest memory related to this fascination?
I was around 3 years old.
I found an old stethoscope that my grandfather had kept in a drawer. I remember picking it up, putting it on, and listening to my own heart.
I was completely amazed.
It was like an entirely new world suddenly opened up for me hahaha.
3. When did you discover that this interest had a name and that there were other people like you?
At 16, thanks to hbp.net, like many people here hahaha.
For a long time, I felt weird or even a little bit like a freak because of this interest.
It's still not something I openly share in my everyday life, but I don't really struggle with it anymore. I'm pretty much at peace with this part of myself haha.
4. How did you discover and explore the cardiophile community online?
It all started with hbp.net.
After that, I found some Tumblr profiles β I still have mine and I'm also trying to meet people over there, so you can find me under the same username β some C4S producers like Opander and other similar studios, as well as a few Telegram groups.
But I think hbp has always been, in a way, the "safest" or most genuine place to start exploring this world.
π©Ί II. Listening vs. Being Listened To
5. Do you prefer listening to hearts, having someone listen to yours, or both?
I enjoy both.
But I definitely enjoy having someone listen to my heart much more.
I already listen to plenty of hearts at work hahaha. When it comes to cardiophilia, I'd rather be the one getting auscultated.
6. If you enjoy both, why do you prefer one over the other?
I love that feeling of putting myself in the other person's hands.
Feeling the cold diaphragm of the stethoscope and the warmth of their hands against the bare skin of my chest is something I really enjoy.
And beyond any sexual aspect of it, there's also something intimate, warm, and vulnerable to me about letting another person listen to your heart and pay close attention to your heartbeat.
I absolutely love that feeling.
7. What's your favorite way to listen to or share a heartbeat?
Stethoscope. Absolutely. π©Ί
I'm a clinician and also a total med-fet person, so feeling a stethoscope moving across my chest is definitely my favorite way hahaha.
8. Do you prefer calm, slow hearts or fast, pounding ones?
Each has its own appeal.
But I have a VERY serious weakness for tachycardic hearts π π.
There's something about hearing the rhythm speed up and become more intense that just drives me a little crazy.
9. What fascinates you most about listening to a heart?
The rhythm and, strangely enough, the sense of calm it can create.
I'm also fascinated by how much the heart can tell you while seemingly doing so little.
Especially from a clinical perspective: just a few sounds, pauses, and changes in rhythm can tell you so much.
π©Ί III. Stethoscopes & Equipment
10. Do you have a favorite stethoscope? What do you currently own, and which ones would you like to try?
Right now, I only have a navy blue Littmann Classic III with a silver finish. I'll probably upload some pictures with it later.
But there are several I'd really love to try:
- Littmann Cardiology IV β Red Edition
- Littmann Master Cardiology β Gold Edition
- Eko CORE 500
π IV. Experiences
11. Do you remember the first time you consciously listened to someone else's heart?
I think I was around 14.
It happened at my house, using that same old stethoscope. I listened to the heart of a girl I went to school with.
12. Do you remember the first time someone listened to your heart knowing that you enjoyed it?
Sadly, it still hasn't happened. ππ
Female volunteers wanted hahaha.
13. Have you ever shared this interest with someone who wasn't a cardiophile? How did they react?
Yes, with a few partners.
None of them ever judged me for it, although I don't think they ever completely understood it either.
I think it's difficult to truly understand this interest if that fascination doesn't come naturally to you.
14. Do you prefer sharing heartbeats in person or online?
In person. A thousand times over.
I love the closeness, the touch, and that little bit of vulnerability involved in allowing someone to come close and listen to your heart.
But I also enjoy sharing and interacting online.
15. What's your favorite cardiophile-related experience or memory so far?
I don't think I have one yet.
Maybe my favorite experience is still waiting to happen.
π€ V. People, Trust & Boundaries
16. Have you made any friendships through this community?
A few.
Unfortunately, I've lost touch with most of them. Some people abandoned their profiles, and with others, we simply stopped talking over time.
One of the reasons I want to participate more now is precisely to start meeting people in the community again.
17. What do you need in order to feel comfortable sharing your heartbeat or listening to someone else's?
Personally, I don't feel comfortable sharing this side of myself with other men or listening to male hearts.
Nothing against you, gentlemen π. I'm perfectly happy to talk with you and make friends, but when it specifically comes to sharing or listening to hearts, I prefer doing that with women.
I know women are a minority in this community and most of them prefer to be heard or to be patient, so you're not exactly making things easy for me hahaha.
Other than that, the most important things to me are trust and making sure that the boundaries and agreements established by both people are always respected.
π« VI. Things I'd Still Like to Experience
18. Is there a cardiophile experience you've always wanted to have but haven't had the opportunity to try yet?
Oh, absolutely. π«’
One of my biggest fantasies would be doing a full roleplay with a woman, whether NSFW or completely SFW, where she literally takes on the role of a cardiologist and I'm the patient.
Starting with an interview, then examining me, auscultating my heart, and performing different tests: an ECG, an echocardiogram...
Even a stress test or a stress echocardiogram.
Yes. I'm VERY med-fet. ππ©Ί
19. How has your relationship with cardiophilia changed over the years?
Mostly, it has become much less taboo for me.
I've learned to accept it much more as a part of my interests, and nowadays I feel considerably more comfortable exploring and experimenting with it.
β€οΈβπ₯ VII. What Parts of Cardiophilia Do You Enjoy?
20. What practices or aspects of cardiophilia do you enjoy?
For me:
- Auscultation.
- Roleplay β I LOVE being the patient.
- ECGs.
- Echocardiograms β I love being able to see my own heart beating in real time on the screen.
- Calm, non-extreme med-fet in general.
- The romantic and intimate side of cardiophilia.
I think a big part of the appeal for me is precisely that combination of the heart, medicine, trust, intimacy, and vulnerability, regardless NSFW or SFW
21. Are there any practices or aspects of cardiophilia that you DON'T enjoy?
Yes.
I'm not interested in dark cardiophilia or dangerous practices.
I have mixed feelings and some reservations about CPR and resuscitation depending on the context, but I'm definitely not interested in anything that involves actually putting someone in danger.
π₯ VIII. And One for the Veterans...
22. What was the cardiophile community like when you first arrived?
I'm incredibly curious about this one.
I've been hanging around for about 10 years myself, going back to the hbp.net days, but I know there are people in this community who have been around for much, much longer than I have.
So this one is especially for you:
What was the community like when you first arrived?
Where did you find each other? What websites, forums, or other spaces did you use?
And especially for those of you who were around before hbp.net: what was it like being a cardiophile on the internet before hbp even existed?
I'd genuinely love to hear your stories.
---
Well... I think I ended up asking WAY more questions than I originally planned. π
Sorry about that. When something gets me excited, I can get a little intense and carried away hahaha.
Obviously, nobody has to answer all 22 questions. Feel free to answer only the ones you find interesting, skip whichever ones you want, or even add your own questions.
After spending so many years mostly in the shadows, I genuinely want to start participating more, get to know you all, and hopefully make some friends around here.
So I'd really love to read your answers and learn a little more about you. β€οΈπ©Ί
I'll try my best to reply to everyone who participates, and if you add any questions of your own for me, I'll try to answer those too! π

My first file here (Echocardiogram β Apical Four-Chamber View (A4C))
Hi everyone!
Iβm officially sharing my first video after easily 10 years of quietly lurking on this site and the previous one haha.
And what better thing to share than a clip from the very first echocardiogram I ever had.
I still remember the feeling. Seeing my heart beating in real time on the screen was amazing and exciting
Iβll be happy to read your comments and hear from all of you!
