I’m taking it easy and what’s very clear to me during all of this is that I have to keep going and have faith bc God is there. God is there and he has everything already figured out. It’s okay to take a break, it’s okay to not stress over everything, it’s okay.

I just keep seeing videos and having conversations about God being endlessly merciful and how his word is the light to my path. I have to have my own relationship with God and my own understanding of who he is; I can do that by reading my Bible. His word is power and that power is inside of us.

That was me screaming.

Sometimes I just wanna scream but it’s usually inappropriate and/or inconvenient to others, so even though I know screaming would feel good and probably relive some stress, I don’t.

How many times do we stop ourselves from doing things that would make us feel good or even better because it would be deemed inappropriate or inconvenient for the people around us?

I’m not saying I’m gonna start screaming in the middle of the grocery store because I’m upset or my spirit is troubled.

I talking about speaking up for yourself when something or someone isn’t right, doing what you want because you want to do it, just being your honest self.
