yummy high protein breakfast (43g for 523 calories) for bitches who love bread (me)
the bagels are so easy to make and you can easily swap out the turkey pepperoni and cheese for something like blueberries or chocolate chips or jalepeños or whatever the heck tickles your fancy. you just mix greek yogurt and self rising flour (1:1) until it forms a dough. For a serving size of 2 bagels i used 1/2 cup of the flour and 1/2 cup of yogurt.
also the bread is soo fluffy the texture is perfect!!
