Last minute cramming is my method, probably not a very good one though.

But there's so much to cram for...How do you have time for all of them?

It’s pretty easy, you know.. just gotta sort timings out properly.

How long does it usually take to...get adjusted to that? Sorting out timing, I mean.

"That would...probably be because I am lost."

"…Of course Obviously. Duh. Are they annoying to wear? Do you lose yours a lot? And yes, you don’t hear too many non-American accents around hear. Keep taking, if I close my eyes and pretend your  vowels don’t come out weird, it’s almost like I’m home."

I’ve barely had time to socialize lately, school is keeping me too busy. But it’s Friday, right? I should take a break from studying.

If you think you should take a break, then it's probably a good idea to do so.

"You sound like you’re speaking from experience."She looked at him with a knowing smile on her face. "Nice to meet you Nate… you’re a Kiwi, right?"

"That would be because I am speaking from experience." Nate replied with a shrug. "Yeah, did my accent give it away?"

"It’s only for reading. How do you not poke yourself in the eye when trying to put on contacts?"

"You get used to it over time. But really, it's your choice. I think both are fine. Even if you do get contacts, it's always nice to own a pair of glasses just in case." Nate replied with a shrug. "Oh, I'm Nate, by the way."

"Because I’m getting glasses, alright?"

"Well, that's not something to worry about. At least, I don't think it is. Have you considered contacts though?"
