A few drawings for a friend of mine! āØDrawing Michael and coming up with his outfit was sm fun
(Also I know I havenāt posted in a while Iām sorryyy š unfortunately I lack the thing called motivation)
So I havenāt been that active on tumblr recently (sorry about that!) so hereās an art dump of a bunch of different things Iāve drawn!!
1. Oc art of my two characters Cosima and Michael which was Halloween themed cause my story sort of ties in with supernatural occurrences (especially ghosts if you couldnāt tell) šāØ
2. Cosima doodles because yes
3. A Halloween art trade I did with thatartbychase on Instagram :D
4. Hunter redrawww (I love my bad but sad boy)
5. Osemanverse halloween costumes!!! I really like how Tara and Darcy turned out and I think bubbline suits them sm š

In my French class, I learned that the word solitaire and seule are derived from each other. The word seule means lonely or alone. Solitaire can also be the words solitary or solitude, and all of them lead back to the idea of being alone or trapped. Idk I might be reading too much into this but I think thatās exactly how Tori felt in solitaire and that makes me really sad
Like 1) sheās kind of closed off from her parents and her friends at school
2) later on she realizes that no one cares enough about solitaire to stop them
And 3) I think itās hinted at (or canon) that Tori has depression which of course would make you feel alone
This is also why Tori and Michaelās relationship is so significant because when Michael Holden showed up, she realized that for once, she wasnāt alone

I was in the mood for some lumity fall art so here you go!! Iām so happy October is finally here itās time for spooky season everyone (guess you could say Luz and amity āfell in love in Octoberā-)
When you really think about it, Hawkmothās entire storyline is just: wHOA BUSTER,, I AM RECEIVING REAL BAD VIBES TODAY FROM THE CITIZENS OF PARIS SO GUESS IāLL MAKE EVERYONEāS DAY WORSE BY HARASSING CHILDREN INTO GIVING ME THEIR JEWELRY!!! I USE MY WIFEāS DEATH AS AN EXCUSE FOR BEING AN AWFUL FATHER AND I LIVE IN MY ATTIC WITH SOME sPOoKy MOTHS......HAHA..............................
i am so so lonely...
Iāve always thought that Sasha having two dual swords in the show was just a cool thing they added in there (which it IS dual swords are so cool man-) but I feel like they have a deeper meaning to them. I think her having one sword thatās blue and one thatās red symbolizes her struggling to pick between being good or bad (even though she is shown as the villain rn she could have a redemption arc)
And Anne has a blue swordā showing that she clearly chose the path of good
While Marcy doesnāt really have a sword, her main color is green so sheās less morally good or bad but just sort of in the middle. Sheās a good person just one who made bad choices (like shown in true colors)
I just AHH I LOVE THE SYMBOLISM IN THIS SHOW ITāS GREAT
@slymanner dude maybe!!! Thatād be really cool and itād make sense! I love thinking about Amphibia symbolism and headcanons lol (also sorry for responding late haha)

Makes me very intrigued if this is the case because the blue sword doesnāt seem to be on Sasha when she brandishes and supposedly promises to protect Wartwood.
Makes me wonder if her blue sword is in the castle, and her getting it during her attack on the castle after garnering Wartwoodās respect would be representative of her finally finding the heroic path she always strived for ever since she was a kid.
