Normally I don't type chat posts but sometimes it's best to not keep things bottled up cuz' it does more harm than good. Lately I haven't felt motivated to draw much and I noticed that my anxiety and paranoia have spiked up in the last 2 months. I always had this gut feeling that if something was off then it could be my mind trying to tell me something, and unfortunately it was more of a warning for what ended up happening. So far I'm doing okay, but I'm having spells of insomnia along with lack of appetite. I was so gloomy to the point where a close friend thought I was depressed and on the verge of ending it all. Thankfully with their support and care, they listened and were able to point out one of the main causes of my anxiety/paranoia and advise me to remove myself from said environment and people(I was really negatively affected through most of July and August and it sometimes still feels awkward but not as bad anymore), sometimes it doesn't hurt to take care of your mental well being, I was really hesitant at first but did eventually decide to let it go for the better, it did have an extremely toxic side effect, but I'm starting to slowly eat more and not let anxious thoughts and genuinely terrible things ruin my entire mental health. No more guilt tripping, no more lies! I hope you guys find things that soothe and make you happy incase you ever get feelings on anxiousness, it's best to never let an not so good emotion take over, because it can destroy you from the inside out.
