This time Sanji takes off his vest and his shoes before going into the water, but Iβm still not seeing any evidence that he wears socks.Β
nobody wears socks in One Piece
I noticed in the second movie.
How are this manβs feet not covered in blisters?
What Sanji's wearing are essentially loafers/slip-ons/mocassins, solid boat shoes that are meant for preventing water from getting in and drying fast when it gets in after all. Sailors weren't big on socks, historically; captains used to wear stockings sometimes, but these people were generally poor and sockless, so they chose between loafers, sandals, and bare feet. You get used to it eventually, I think.
Sanji likes loafers even when he's not wearing a suit (see Skypeia) and takes showers every day (see SBS), so I'd say he's wearing expensive shoes made for his feet and takes care of himself. I mean, if I were five minutes from getting my feet wet every day, I'd probably ditch socks too.
