my speed is highly sporadic. i can be on top of things or i'm running off the queue and barely seen. i work a full time job and participate in multiple sports, my schedule and activity levels fluctuate heavily. i also ( somewhat ) balance three other blogs alongside this one.
i will rarely follow first ( trying a smidge more these days in an effort to make new friends! ). fortnite is shit on too much and so many people aren't willing to give it the time of day. i want this blog to be taken seriously and be respected. i want people who genuinely are interested and will give hope a chance. this isn't meant to be high and mighty, i just know my source material's state in the world lol. you don't need to know/like the game, pretend she's an oc, respect her, and lets have fun!

i do not fill out interest checkers. if i follow you, i am willing to extend the desire to learn about your muses and interact with anyone we deem to be exciting to meet. i'm not here to be picky, i'm here to explore all manner of muses and possibilities.
i don't plan to have a rl fc, but i have absolutely zero concerns with mixing fc types or just going iconless!
i do not write smut. if i do, it's generally off tumblr. i like focusing on emotions more so than the actions, thus i most likely will defer to fade to blacks. it's just a personal preference thing, nothing serious. no mind to fellow muns who partake, though if it spams your blog frequently, i'll be less inclined to follow.
other more sensitive topics i am usually open to. while i won't write things like r.ape or p.edophilia, i can handle it being referenced/mentioned for backstories or the like, and i don't have issue with blood, gore, trauma, etc. will do my best to tag all things that are appropriate.
standard rp etiquette. so no straight up godmodding/power play. there are some cases where it can be tolerated, such as our characters getting from point a to point b, but do not ever control thoughts or major actions.
being that i'm over thirty, i generally prefer my partners be twenty one plus. but eighteen plus can be allowed. i cuss a fair amount in text on occasion and refer to drinking, adulthood, etc. so it's just more of a comfort thing.

PHYSICAL AFFECTION was... a growing sentiment hope was coming to enjoy. at least from particular folk. valeria, her grandparents, the society as a whole... no one had ever SHOWERED her in such attention, so it was an unusual interaction to her in the grand scheme. yet, when jade initiated it, the blue haired would find herself falling into the hold, gripping back tightly with genuine need within the grasp. a need for f a m i l y, contact, grounding. her heart was full, but it was also breaking.
a sister. a feeling that hope shared but also found... complexity within. going down the rabbit hole of her thoughts around her blood relative would only wear her down, so she shoved the recollections of the fiery one to the depths of her memories for the time being. "i know you don't say that lightly-" jade's perception of family was admirable, "thank you. i feel the same... it's been... w o n d e r f u l. you've reminded me what a sibling should be, and i'm honored you would see me as such."
i will once again stare at drafts tonight. i'm doubtful i'll get to anything. for some reason i am insanely tired. i slept good pretty much every night this week, but today i've just been in a head fog and wanting to be in bed the entire day. i really hope this is just some weird temp state. apologies for the absolutely non-productive week. most likely will have to look at next week...
i've also been balancing unpacking more boxes and things my fam brought to my house. i feel like i'm constantly cleaning and organizing. then i need to fix some things and buy things and just. i need to do actual cleaning too, i'm behind on that.
basically it's killing my motivation and focus when i'm here though.
anyways don't mind this post, i just needed to ramble lol. time to look at drafts and see if i can get anything done on any blog but... might just roll to early bed again lol
hope joining the seven was kind of expected but seems to have gotten spoiled early since this release is about slone joining the seven. her title/name with the seven is going to be the prophecy which i find mildly humorous because girl doesn't have the best history of being part of prophecies lmao.
i guess all the seven's names are sort of more... abstract other than guardian and semi foundation. so prophecy is more fancy than prophet.
my two cents, i don't hate the prophecy for her. hope will answer to it, but i'll refer to her as hope still regardless of if the game changes her name for her npc. she also will prefer/be completely okay with not going by the prophecy, though i imagine only a select few characters would call her that anyways ( i find it hard to believe jones would if he wakes up lol ). so she'll recognize it and whatnot but she won't introduce herself as that solely.
also... i'll probably be keeping rival hope for her canonical look for the rest of the chapter. image implies she's getting a seven armor outfit and y'all. i hate that armor, it's so boring. and clearly she's got generic seven armor but with cat ear headphones as her uniqueness. let her retain her aesthetic lol. she will wear the suit when knowingly going into combat, missions, and whatnot because that's just intelligent given the advancements in the tech versus her usual outfit.
