4 days of vacation and I feel like I’ve lost so much mass already 😭 I’m going to have to eat like crazy when I get back home

Should I keep bulking through the summer? Something about taking my shirt off at the beach and having a nice bulking belly going is really tempting

Just keep growing. Currently trying to push past 180 lbs

It’s crazy how you don’t realize how much bigger you’ve gotten till you look at old photos. 15ish pounds heavier from April of last year to now. Need so much more
