i think seeing so many people on Tumblr, the site that has been surviving on āDestiel Confession is Realā crumbs for the past 5 years, give up on Byler before the last episode drops is actually getting to me. like, itās getting to me.
consider this post as my rally cry to the Byler troops on Tumblr specifically ā stop putting up your white flags bc the show isnāt over. and even if it was, whereās your delusional Tumblr-given spirit to keep shipping?
not to compare fandoms, but holy fuck. Supernatural has been Tumblrās biggest fandom for a very long time. i learn all the news from *THE* Destiel meme. Supernatural is *THE* show that nearly all of us collectively agree that Dean and Cas are in LOVE and the writers were COWARDS. yet, all of us collectively believe it to be true bc the evidence is So Obvious.
Destiel is real bc Tumblr (and Misha Collins, Destielās strongest soldier) have collectively agrees ā it is real. the confession helped, but weāve fucking known it for years before that.
i am not going to say that weāre getting Byler for certain, but do you guys even realize how fucking close we are?? bitch, if Dean Winchester could have ever come out as the bisexual we know he is, this universe would be so different. and yeah, it sucks if weāve gotta wait for the last episode, but did anyone REALLY believe in their whole heart that our gay love plotline was gonna supercede the finale?? like, truly? bc iām gonna be real, i didnāt.
i think that all the other ships needed their finales first bc otherwise WEšWILLšNOTšFOCUSšONšTHEšSTORYšFINALE. they wrapped up on as much as they can in my humble opinion. personally, i loved how they wrapped up on Jancy and Lumax. i loved that they did the Dustin and Steve confrontation pre-finale bc that means I can FOCUS ALL MY ATTENTION ON THE STORY!! ON BEATING VECNAāS ASS!! ON WILL, ELEVEN, AND KALI BEING BADDIES!!!

guys, Will came out bc he didnāt want Vecna to have ANY leverage over him to use in the final fight. he feels brave. he feels free. he feels stronger than ever. for the first time since he got kidnapped, Will feels like he isnāt powerless.
the show isnāt over yet. we have one final episode. we donāt know Mikeās feelings, but we still have hope to learn. and if we lose, then whoās to fucking say that Mike and Will wonāt get together in, like, 10 years after theyāve learned to be best friends again without the world ending???
