🌿 Ashuru Ganni Vibes: A Modern Take on Spring Equinox Renewal 🌿

Hey everyone—today's the day day and night hit perfect balance, spring officially kicks in (Northern Hemisphere), and everything starts feeling a little more alive. I've been digging into ancient Ugaritic stuff (from the city of Ugarit, ~1400–1200 BCE) for inspiration on seasonal turns, and one thing that stands out is how tied their world was to natural cycles: rains bringing life, earth waking up after quieter months.

No unbroken tradition survives, so this is sparse and reconstructed—drawing from myths about Hadad (the storm god whose power brings nourishing rains) and modern revivals like Natib Qadish's calendar, where Ashuru Ganni ("Festival of the Garden") lines up around the spring equinox. It celebrates growth from planted seeds and spring's fresh start.
