I generally dislike the online debate of what's considered bare minimum in a relationship. Another angle I can't stand is the trashing on people that actually do that caring and respecting part. “Why are you happy? That's the bare minimum!” type of comments. Some people don't even care about it! All I hear are bad of awful dating stories! Of course you won't put that bitch on a pedestal, but goddamn, it is nice to see your kindness being valued, your effort taken into account, it is nice to reciprocate!

How to become more organised
Tips from a very messy person.
I am usually super messy. Not exactly in the sense that I leave clutter everywhere, but my mind is always a mess. I do not know where to start, what to do, the smallest tasks overwhelm my barin. Often feeling like I can't get enough done, toughts and plans are fogging up my brain. But I do have a few strategies on how to cope with this!
Have a physical planner. It can just be a notebook, or a piece of paper. I usually start my morning by writing down everything I know I should do that day, and if during the day I get any idea on what could be done tomorrow or an other day, I write that down too. Writing it out feels like it's not in my brain, I know I won't loose it. It's also good to give myself little notes like "don't forget, you wanted to eat this and that for dinner" and small tought I feel might be important for future me.
Download selfcare apps. My favourite is Finch, I do use it as a checklist on hand. I feel like caring for a little creature gives me more motivation to do my tasks, and it's so great that I can see the tags 'dissapearing' as I check them off. I am always so proud of myself when at the end of the day it says "you have finished everything" haha. Plus it lessens the chaces of me thinking "did I do this already or not??"
I like to keep my space somewhat tidy even though I have a lot of stuff. When my room is in order I can focuse on more important things, and the biggest gamechanger for me have been boxes. I have boxes under my bed for more storage, things I don't use as often so they can be out of the way, but my favourite is what I call the "throw box". Instead of piling things up on my bed, chair or desk (for example clothes that can still be worn) i throw them in the box. You still have to put them into their proper place later, but at least they are not in the way until that. You can use any nice looking basket or bag even.
Lastly is small, but have a trashcan in your room and set a dedicated trashcan day when you empty it out. I have a small one on my desk, and a bigger next to my bedside drawer so I can throw anything out instantly instead of putting them in awkawrd places in the name of *I'll deal with them later*

Sunday reset (´ω`*)
Sundays are for preparing for the week ahead for me. I like to really romaticize it so it's more fun!
The number one thing I do is clean my room. I do sweep and make the bed every day, but on sundays I wipe down dust, mop, take out the trash and wash the sheets if needed. Less things to worry about during the week when I have more stuff to do.
Today I really locked into my beauty routine too. Trimmed my eyebrows, investing into those small razors is seriously a game changer, it's pain free, and you don't have to worry about overplucking, hair not growing back.
Haircare is suuuper important for me, so an everything shower and a good hair wash makes me feel extra ready for anything the new week might bring. Not to mention I have a fresh set of nails(*´ノ∀`*) you look good, you feel good!
I usually do some pilates too, but I didn't have the time today.
It's lovely to lay into a fresh bed wearing clean pjs, light a candle and watch a good show. I am rested, refreshed, ready for everything.

You'll get the future you want so badly. It's okay to be on your own timeline. You don't have to feel ashamed for taking a gap year, a leave of absence from school/work, or time off of whatever you do. Things will come together eventually. Take care of yourself first.

Keeping my screentime reasonable for a week and documenting it
Day 7
This was a horrible week to document my "progress" LOL. I actually try my best to not exceed my set screen limit every day, not just this week. But I got sick, AND I got my period!Σ(×_×;)! It is hard to keep my blue light intake moderate when I am home all the time and often have nothing to do.
So yeah, I couldn't really do much. I did play a game instead of mindlessly watching reels which is a better option, and I watched a bunch of long form videos about criminology on my laptop.
I should really get into reading or other non-straining hobbies that I can do when I am stuck to my bed.
I don't even want to share my screentime today... almost 5 hours (@_@). It was fun to document, I feel like this little project gave me a new perspective on my phone addiction! I will be trying to reduce it more even when I'm not writing about it. I hope we all get to break free from our screens one day, or at least form a better relationship with it.

Day 6
Today was actually pretty sucsessful in terms of screentime. I did scroll a little, but I also made the decision to only allow myself to use certain apps like youtube on big screens, I also deleted online shopping apps so I don't browse when I actually don't need anything.
We made a SkyShowtime account so I will be binge watching the entire Dexter resurrection tonight! It is my favourite franchise of all time (except Original sin, I could barely finish one episode of that) but anyways my total time today was 2 hours 40 minutes! ❤️
